Smooth experience working with Ziprent from scheduling a viewing all the way to move-in. I was hesitant at first since they seemed to be one of those rental companies you don't speak to a person at all at any point, but they were communicative and clear throughout the entire process. On move-in day our lockbox code for the key wasn't working, I called and was able to get an actual human on the phone immediately. She was super sweet and promptly texted me a new code that worked. Post move in- we had a couple of questions regarding gates, remotes, little things here and there- and we also got a swift email response, even on a Sunday. Good experience all around.
