We have just leased a home that is managed by Ziprent near Corona,CA. The experience was seamless! The leasing team was responsive both by phone and email, and all of our questions were answered in a remarkably timely fashion. The actual lease signing was simple, handled through a very user- friendly portal. Once the lease was signed we immediately received a move-in information email, with info on all of the utilities, where the keys and mailbox were located...right down to the trash pickup schedule. Any questions we had for the property owner were addressed immediately and we were never left hanging. Since we are moving from out of state, we couldn't have been more reassured or assisted and I can trust that the level of service we have received so far will be represented by the property management team after we move in. I cannot recommend them more highly!!
