I have been using Property Management companies for years now. Overtime, I became displeased with the services that I was receiving and started looking for another PM for my properties. I found Ziprent and have been extremely pleased with their services. So much so, that I have recommended them to friends who now enjoy their services as well. There accounting/billing system is easy to understand which makes things simple which is why you use a PM to begin with. Rent and associated payments, including the deposit/s, go straight to your bank account with notifications when it is initiated/completed. No waiting to get your money while it sits in the PM’s account. You can use your own vendors for repairs if you like. When I need something I almost always get to speak directly to someone who can resolve my issues. When not, my call is quickly returned. Did I mention there rates. Check them out.
