This is my first time utilizing an all automated/online property manager, but thus far, it's been an incredible experience. I initially toured the property with the current tenants, who were able to give me a good idea and feel of the neighborhood, property management and their overall experience.

It seems like an odd idea, current tenants touring prospective tenants, but it's actually invigorating and you get a good sense of what you're getting yourself into.

From the moment of leaving the property and being immediately contacted by the leasing manager via text, to the application process being processed expeditiously, to the lease signing....it has been seamless! The customer service is unmatched.

Paying the deposit and rent online is quick and easy.

This has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

At 57 years old, I have dealt with a lot of landlords and their property managers. Ziprent is without a doubt the most sophisticated, friendly and easy to access team with which I have ever had the pleasure to work. We are now into our 3rd year of renting the same home through ZipRent, so we have had plenty of experience with them.

I really appreciate that they have online processes for dealing with leasing documents, inspections, repairs and payments. They respond very quickly with repair requests...even though the contractors themselves aren't always as quick to respond. They always follow up to be sure the work gets done and welcome feedback.

Despite never having met anyone from ZipRent in person, they make me feel like they know who I am and want me and my family to have a good experience as tenants.
